With more tan 25 years of senior level procurement and logistics experience, Mr. Martinez holds a solid track record for producing outstanding results in challenging environments. Mr. Martinez has held a variety of senior management roles in the telecom industry in Dominican Republic and in USA, most recently as Senior Vice President of Procurement & Logistics at Altice USA, a Fortune 500 company. Mr. Martinez is a profesional negotiator, and has a solid experience in procurement and supply chain but also in restructuring, M&A, and large-scale logistics management.

Eduardo I. Guerra

Mr. Guerra boasts a 24-year track record of success in guiding core financial and management functions, propelling business growth in rapidly evolving environments. His diverse experience encompasses executive positions in Finance, Logistics, Retail, and Real Estate, demonstrating his adaptability and expertise. With a strong background in Corporate Strategy, Financial Planning, Business Growth, Risk Mitigation, and Negotiation Skills.
